      EdDy is a dated old school company, there is lots of talent, but leaders who aren’t willing to foster it. Senior management is satisfied with just the status quo. If you just want “a job” that pays enough go here— if you want to be challenged, learn, and innovate then stay away.

      Leadership is incredibly toxic and are always looking for someone to blame for their poor decision making. They do not foster growth and if you do move up you’ll be verbally abused regularly. They are wolves in sheep’s clothing. The positives reviews on this platform are likely from HR and senior management.
