This company is a joke! Favoritism is always apparent in all corporate decisions. They don't care about any type of professional development for their employees. They make organizational changes that make no sense only to play into keeping their buddies afloat in the company.

Pros

A few standouts but lots of fake people throwing each other under the bus.

Cons

Totally backwards and dysfunctional. Sales team carries company, but regulatory environment is tough and dumb marketing practices make it worse. Lots of smokescreens and finger pointing. Business model shot.

Pros

Lunch and going home are the highlight of most people's day. The office building is in a nice location. Most of the people there are friendly, meaning you have someone to commiserate with throughout the day.

Cons

Severe lack of structure, "leadership" is unqualified, certain individuals in management are immature, and could never sustain a managerial position within a larger, more established company. There's a lack of job security, and there are an alarming number of red flags in which this company is run. Most people are seeking better opportunities.
