Pros
EDDY offers health insurance and it is a 9 to 5. It's easy to leave your work at the door.
Cons
Management has changed SO frequently that there doesn't seem to be a direct path or strategy for success. Also there is NO morale. People need a reason to go to work and do well other than "not get fired." EDDY does not currently offer any other motivation.
