Pros

Remote work, nothing else. I do not like micromanagement and it is heavy in this environment.

Cons

It's a call center for college enrollment. If you like that structure it will work for you.

Pros

Remote work culture, flexibility, decent benefits and pay, nice coworkers.

Cons

Multiple layoffs in the almost 2 years I was there. Too many different platforms across teams and accounts used for communication and file storage. For example, some teams use Jira, some use ClickUp, some use Google Drive, others use Microsoft OneDrive. No SOPs across teams so transferring accounts is not a smooth process.
