-It a sales job masquerading as a job in education -Micromanaging specifically what you say to students -Management makes whole sale decisions without considering repercussions -Benefits are trash

Pros

The company is great, you do get to work with some amazing people. The benefits are solid; unlimited PTO, company discounts on hotels, fun culture, they invest heavily in your training, and want to see you succeed

Cons

The Enrollment Coach role just wasn’t for me. I came from another admissions job and the pay was significantly lower for this position. With the cost of living increasing and inflation, I had to look for something with higher pay. I also didn’t like how strict the KPI’s were, the compliance stuff, how you have to be hard wired into the internet, your calls and screen is recorded and scored, you basically follow a script when talking to students. It seemed like a lot for little pay.
