Pros

Employees. Most colleagues are really friendly and work as a team, the location is great and work schedules are flexible.

Cons

Upper management. Nobody seems to know what is going on and the direction from upper management can change day to day, not to mention the turmoil in how they handle things.

Pros

Hoboken offices offer free snacks. There are some departments with flexible work schedules. The pay is decent for some departments.

Cons

Boca just added a dress policy when most folks there don't ever see a client. Upper management doesn't realize the potential and contribution of all but a mere few. All the key players have either been pushed out of the company or are now gone. The quality of the products keeps declining. Institutions are starting to realize this company is imploding and purchases from this company are of high risk.

Pros

Nice office staff, mostly everyone is very friendly and caring. Company events are always fun, but not like the used to be

Cons

Management stinks, no direction cut backs like crazy at least twice a week. They hire for one job and six months later they let that person go and re hire for the same position. They fire people and say its based on performance so they don't have to pay unemployment to that person even though that is not the real reason they were let go. They are so far behind on technology. Everyone at the "C" level is a friend of the CEO, or has worked with him at other companies and they are put into a position they barely know anything about. People get promoted that shouldn't be. How to you promote someone who got a bad review last year and this year make them a manager.... They are being setup to fail
