      The staff and leadership are dedicated and passionate about the organization's mission, and our work matters to the members and institutions we serve.

      We do a lot for a small organization, and it can be a challenge to manage capacity and workloads.

      Pros

      I came to EDUCAUSE for the opportunity to work for the higher ed mission with accomplished colleagues. It is exciting to work for an organization with such a strong reputation in the higher ed community.

      Cons

      Work can be deadline driven with unrealistic expectations. I enjoyed my work but often felt the pressure to push out deliverables rather than to make real opportunities for enhancements.

      Pros

      I’ve only worked here a couple of months but already I’m so glad to be here. Left a really toxic work environment and it’s refreshing to be here around people who obviously care about the mission. Remote work is valued alongside office work, which is great to see.

      Cons

      So far, it’s been really good. No complaints, and the people are really great.
