Pros

The hiring process is simple and promotes self-directed training that can be done on your own time. The "interview" is a two hour informational session. It is easy to schedule your own positions.

Cons

They don't offer much support after you get into the position. There is not a real "supervisor" so it is your responsibility to develop relationships with schools to get future recommendations.

Flexible, Fun to work with the kids, Different grades keep the job interesting

Cons

Low pay, out of pocket for gas driving to different schools all around the city.
