Not suggested for employment due to poor everything.

Cons

Would give a 0.5 star rating. No support from Edu Staff. Very low pay but they don't expect much from you, They don't care about teaching just babysitting. Poor working conditions in districts and Edu Staff is not involved. Would not suggest.

Pros

Ability to work days and times of your choice. Making a difference helping students learn. Giving teachers a break and covering for sick staff. Most full time staff are kind. Rewarding job. Ability to learn new things teaching. Job experience working with children and learning how to teach better.

Cons

Some full time staff are rude. It doesn't matter what job you pick, the school tells you what job you are doing. Not all teachers leave good sub plans. Pay doesn't go up over time. There is no incentive to stay.
