Pros

The scheduling is very flexible. You can work where and when you want to! It gives you experience into working with kids if that’s what you plan to go into. The process of scheduling days to sub is very easy!

Cons

The pay is biweekly instead of weekly. That doesn’t bother me but it may bother some!

Pros

So first of all, customer service is pretty responsive and helpful. It's a flexible job with decent pay for the position. You can choose what grades you want to sub. Schools valur subs so you'll have positive experiences with school staff. Please don't take advantage of that however! The least we can do is be considerate and not cancel last minute or not call them etc

Cons

There are no benefits. This isn't necessarily a con for me because I wanted like a side gig but it might be for others. Similarly, when schools are off you are off as well, without pay.

The coworkers are amazing- the team in Oregon is so supportive.

Cons

-below market pay, the company is National and each role gets paid the same across the country. It might get you a lot in Missouri, but not in Oregon. -No matching 401k -
