Pros

The flexibility that allows me to work when I can. I am allowed to go to FL for 2 months in winter with no problems or hassles.

Cons

More technical training with computers and smart boards would be very nice! A real bonus would include getting paid for training.

Pros

Really flexible schedule. Able to pick and choose schools and positions. Fair pay rates. Bonus pay for Monday and Fridays. Easy to use app and website.

Cons

For high school jobs don't always know if middle schoolers or high schoolers. SLA rates aren't as competitive as teacher rates. Teachers don't always include sub plans ahead of schedule so you don't know what to expect.

Thank you for recommending Edustaff - we appreciate all you do! Pay rates are set by the school district, so any bump in pay would have to come from them.
