Substitute Teacher

Pros

Great company! As an on-call substitue teacher, I really appreciate the user friendly on-call web based and phone apps they have in place. The programs are very user friendly and make it easy to find a job on a daily basis or booked out weeks in advance. They also have a great HR & Payroll software in place which allows for easy viewing of school details, direct deposits, taxes and yearly gross and net totals. In addition, they have an excellent support staff. The customer service representatives are friendly, professional and customer driven. I would highly recommend this substitue temp company to others.

Cons

All positives! No negatives comments!

Pros

Being able to pick your assignments is tantamount to working for yourself because you never work when you don't want to. You pick the school, the district, the classroom - pretty much every aspect of your assignments.

Cons

Cancelling assignments can be a bit tricky.
