Pros

- You choose your districts and make your schedules. - School administration staff is grateful to have you.

Cons

- Some teachers don't have sub plans at all. - Some teachers have sub plans that are overly technical for a sub to teach. - Classroom management can be difficult.

flexible time, flexible grades, holidays off, snowdays

Cons

depends on what grade level you have. i like to stick to just elementary.

Thanks for writing a review. We're happy you enjoy the flexibility. Substitute teacher pay is set by the individual school district, so any pay increase would need to come from the district.
