Pros

It's so easy to pick up substitute jobs with Edustaff. As a busy grad student, the flexibility is amazing.

Cons

It can sometimes be difficult to know how to tackle problems that arise while working. You don't always know if the school should handle it or Edustaff.

Cons

Rude kids, some schools are better than others, not always jobs available
