Great students to work with.

Cons

Pay is not good for all the work you have to put in and also. They don't pay sick leave, when no school no pay. No PTO

Stressful at times, but flexible

Pros

It is hard to walk into a situation where you are very unfamiliar and its best to know classroom management very well before trying this. It's also very enjoyable and interesting to see what the kids are all learning.

Cons

Stressful when you don't know what you are doing, best to arrive and prepare ahead of time, have a rewards system.
