The Levy Brandenburg plant has major management and policy issues. If you're an experienced operator with an actual resume you'll be babysitting adults full time. Don't waste your time if you have a family or need to relocate. The over all attitude is poor. There is zero teamwork due to poor leadership and bad employees. It's clear they dont value high skill leveled employees. Ive been a foreman with management experience and operator for many years. Trust me when I say pass on this company, its a waste of time.

Pros

The Company is privately held by the family that started it, and although the wheels may turn slowly at times, it's at the quest of doing the right thing. They are willing to invest in their employees ensuring that we have the training, development and resources we need to be successful. Great benefits and perks. I've had other job offers and might be able to make more money somewhere else, but the culture keeps me here. This is a company that strives to do the right thing for customers, employees and the community. That says a lot in today's business environment.

Have not always been at the forefront of technological innovation, but that is rapidly changing.

Pros

Owners are present, know your name and know what you do. Humble and genuine leaders who set the tone well.

Cons

Not sure - I'm seeing improvements all around, from tech to buildings and supporting training programs. Would love more flexibility to work remote when appropriate.
