The company was great to work for. Mr. Levy is the nicest man, though he isn't as hands on as he used to be, I have the utmost respect for him.

Cons

HR runs the company. They have no respect for the employees. No matter how much time you have with the company, if you are on their radar, forget it. You're gone.

The Company is privately held by the family that started it, and although the wheels may turn slowly at times, it's at the quest of doing the right thing. They are willing to invest in their employees ensuring that we have the training, development and resources we need to be successful. Great benefits and perks. I've had other job offers and might be able to make more money somewhere else, but the culture keeps me here. This is a company that strives to do the right thing for customers, employees and the community. That says a lot in today's business environment.

Have not always been at the forefront of technological innovation, but that is rapidly changing.
