Pros

Best company I've ever worked for. They care about the employees. They have great benefits. I feel bad when i need time off because i feel like i let them down. Thats how much we are like a family in this company. They take the time to listen to their employees and take the time to listen to their ideas.i wake up in the morningand look forward to going to work. I can truely say i love my job

Cons

There are none on my end. I do not know all the other aspects of other jobs but this is just my personal opinions on my experiences with the company.

Job security, support from the owners, family business, very focused on safety and environmental, private company, almost 100 years in the industry, the company relies on employee loyalty and a few very good people in critical positions

Cons

Low chance for advancement, low pay for the industry, average to below average upper management, HR has too much control over operations, company is very conservative and slow to take action on new business, company lacks strong systems and processes in operations and is over reliant on mvp's
