Pros

It you want to destroy your self-confidence this place is great for that!

Cons

This place is awful! For three years no one got a raise; they would hold quarterly meetings and tell the employees for years that they only make a penny on every dollar they earn; but they are a 600 million dollar company. They also tell crazy stories how other food service companies follow their delivery trucks around (REALLY, REALLY) and how they are leaders in the industry however some of the other food service companies are billion dollar companies; I'm not sure how that makes them a leader. The moral is awful at this place; so if you want to work for management like Darth Vader - welcome to the dark side!

Pros

Co-Workers are all great to work with. All the fellow employees are all friendly and fun to work with. Its an OK place to get your feet wet in the workforce for a couple of years, but make sure you move on after that.

Cons

The pay is well below par! HR is a joke, they worry more about not wearing gym shoes to work over other things that could be done. Upper management seems lost, they promote and hire the wrong people all the time. The job description will say "college degree required" and they will hire a high school graduate. Company is moving at the end of 2012 and they have not offered any compensation for employees that would have giant commutes or any longer commutes for that matter. Most salesman are still lost with the implementation of the SAP computer system that was put in 4 years ago.

Pros

Work and Life Balance, Benefits

Cons

Workload micro managing disrespect towards the employees favoritism Not telling employees anything until they absolutely have to, low salaries, company would rather cater in food (probably from an account so its cheap) and call it a company picnic or holiday party (employees only) instead of giving raises company also takes positions in the company that one person can do and cuts them into 5 so 5 people are all doing a function of the one job and it takes days to get anything done Management doesn't believe in the capabilities of employees
