Pros
Company seems to be growing and can potentially lead to greater responsibilities. Only join this company if you're coming right out of college and you're desperate.
Cons
Substandard pay. Poor benefits - including poor health care package. Environment is depressing - old building, office furniture dates back to 80's. Company is extremely thrifty - they refuse to spend money on improving anything unless there is a threat to the business. Vacations? They don't give you any until a year after joining the company - what a joke!
