      Flexibility on how you operate and run your own office Training and liscensing is provided by the company Helpful and friendly work enviroment

      Cons

      Tough to make it on $22000 base salary if you have bills to pay Apparently there is a high attrition rate for new FA's however, I do not think this is a bad thing because they keep you hungry and those who want to suceed the most and are willing to put the work in will.

      It your business you are your own boss The freedom You build real one on one relationships with clients - Face to Face. This is the most rewarding Job I have ever had in Sales. All the support you can find

      Cons

      To much freedom - lack of support you have to find it and sometimes it is not as easy as it should be. Low pay starting for training and they olny support you for the 1st year after your can sell This cause high turn over. They people place in supportive rolls are only there so they can get LP points. Lack of honesty when it comes to how they top producers are successful - meaning the tow the company line about how to build the business! Door Knocking is they only way this company tells you how to build your business.
