Pros

Autonomy Flexibility in doing work Very friendly / positive culture Great executive leaders Treat associates well

Cons

Advancement in the Home Office has become increasingly political. Large discrepancies in pay between middle leadership and senior /executive leadership. Minimal salary increases for associates through middle leadership for exceeding / meeting performance.

Pros

Being in an LP puts the focus on long term growth rather than short term stock values. The home office associates are the best in the business and always there for you.

Cons

With only two people in each office the relationship is key to everything here.
