      Pros

      - Nice work/life balance - Plenty of helpful resources whether it's other advisors or HQ - Excellent training resources and a team that is always willing to assist you.

      Cons

      - Door-to-Door sales technique isn't terrible but when it is required with a minimum amount of prospects to be acquired it is too time consuming when I could be focusing my efforts elsewhere. - Company wide changes as a result of 2016 DOL ruling has caused a lot of turnover and advisors to grow increasingly frustrated. - Better payouts and salary at other firms.

      Small work environment and big support network from home office....

      Cons

      ...However home office support often gives incorrect answers which can interfere with client expectations. Also anyone other than an advisor has payment caps and this is not right based on work load.

      Pros

      Freedom to be in business for yourself but not by yourself. If I help enough people reach their goals, I will reach mine.

      Cons

      The first years your underpayed for the work you do. The next few years your fairly paid. But then your over paid for the rest of your career. If your looking for a job, you'll be disappointed. If your looking for a rewarding career you've found the right place.
