Pros

The only reason to work here is a Paycheck, which declines over time.

Cons

1- This is a dishonorable, dishonest, predatory company. They demand you to leverage your personal relationships, who will resent being used. They value money over relationships. They value money over integrity, honesty or your welfare. 2- Those who succeed here have no soul. They are greedy little people who act as if their clients are friends as long as there is money to be made. 3- They preach culture and community, but they are back stabbing and predatory. They prey on the weak and helpless with no regard to the financial future of their clients. 4- I have witnessed physical and verbal abuse of employees from branch managers. It was reported and then buried. The same managers exhibited this behavior over and again. Their financial weight, threats and legal teams squashed any attempts for these employees to seek help or file formal complaints. I delayed this review to prevent legal attacks.

Pros

The BOA really do come together to help each other out. BOA look out for each other and older/senior BOA's will mentor younger/new BOAs which is EXTREMELY helpful.

Cons

The job of a BOA is a $60k/year job, while most get paid $40k. You really spend a lot of time cold calling (if your FA needs more clients/households) and often you are held responsible if a certain number isn't achieved. A lot of times the BOA is the one running the office while the FA has out of office meetings or only comes in if they are expected to meet with a client.

Pros

Good amount of vacation and sick days, 401 K

Cons

High health insurance premiums, Difficult FA can make work miserable, constant changing of processing systems, no actual person to train you in a one BOA office when you start which is extremely stressful.
