Their training is literally top-notch. They set you up to succeed and give you a mentor when you get started. Be prepared that even though they say it takes a year and a half to get use to the programs and work flow that your boss will expect that to be accomplished within 6 months. There are a lot of trimester challenges to help grow the companies business which can be helpful for your overly taxed bonus.
Cons
Micromanagement, Big Ego, oversharing personal information, horrible time management, lack of personal space, "emotional", prefers to talk at you or down to you. EK might have thought that she had the best intentions but she prefers to treats her staff as though they are subservient and despite your awards she will always tell you that you are mediocre.
