Pros

At Edward Jones, you really feel like you're an important piece of the company. The leaders and partners are always willing to give advice and offer mentoring, no matter what position you hold within the company. They offer many different programs to help you grow personally and professionally, including excel classes, Toast Masters, volunteer opportunities, ect. They offer a fair compensation with the option of quarterly bonuses or even becoming a limited partner of the company. There's a reason why this company has been ranked on Forbes Best Places to Work several years in a row.

Cons

I honestly can't come up with any cons to working at Edward Jones. Maybe the location of the HQ. The reason I left EDJ was because of it's location. If they had a Chicago or really any other large city location (not including branch offices), I would absolutely still be working for them.

Pros

Great training! Get to see almost all of the areas where you have your final placement. Great opportunity to connect with General Partners and learn the business.

Cons

Could possibly start with better compensation, but I can't complain too much
