Pay is decent Work and personal life balance Co workers Management is great A recognition program that gives every employee points and platform to recognize and award other coworkers through out the company. Points can be converted to $ cards, merch or gift cards.

Cons

Some coworkers take shortcuts or just dont do their job and that leads to more work for others and complaints from residents. Raises could be better
