Description A rose by any other name probably wouldn't lease as many apartments as Edward Rose Building Enterprises, which does business as Edward Rose & Sons. The family-owned company is a residential developer, property owner, and management company with a large presence in the Midwest. Founded in 1921, Edward Rose & Sons has developed and built more than 80,000 single- and multi-family apartment communities from Nebraska to the Carolinas. It offers single studios to house-size townhomes, as well as one- to three-bedroom furnished corporate suites for businesses looking to relocate or temporarily house employees.
