Some definitive Pros of working for Edward Rose was the clear commitment to Employee education, promotion of a healthy organized work environment, ethical pay scale & the fair advertisement of the prospective Properties.

Cons

The only notable Con that I would mention is that during my final months within the Company there were some deep changes to the Job, and it did create a rift within the local Team Environment of where I was located in Greenville, SC. Otherwise there are not any other notable or relevant Cons that I can provide regarding Edward Rose.

Pros

Discount on rent, great start to move on to other companies.

Cons

Wanted way too much for the pay. Pretended like they wanted you to get along with each other, but also didn’t want us to have conversations during down time. I can’t get to know anyone if I never see or talk to them. Also made it hard to communicate in general when no one was ever in the office together. Stressful.
