      Pros

      Great supervisor and staff to work around. Rewarding job to be able to tear an apartment clear down and put in the work to make it look like brand new for the next tenant.

      Pay is less than desired.

      It keeps you busy, there are a lot of support and other resources. Meeting new people everyday is fun. Comfortable work environment!

      Cons

      Pay could be higher, especially with those who have previous leasing experience.
