      Pros

      There are no pros. There’s other jobs similar to this one that pays 20% more and less responsibilties. If you are a recent college grad, keep looking; this is not the job you are looking for.

      Cons

      Common workdays extend over 8 hours, expect to work 9-10 hours days. No, you are not paid overtime either. Payroll is a common issue and except many employees complaining daily regarding their shorted check. Overall structure of the company is misguided and unorganized.

      There are no pros to working for this company

      Cons

      You will get no support in supplies or assistance. You will constantly be blamed for anything that goes wrong. This company uses illegal and immoral ways to screw over internal and temporary employees. I was a salary exempt employee and I was working ten hour days for no pay as normal for salary which I was alright with until they told me when our onsite client was doing a shut down no matter if we wanted to work or not we would not be paid for any days we could not work. If you think they will ever listen to your ideas don't any issues you have be ready to deal with them by yourself with very little assustance or clarity on how to handle things.
