      Pros

      The working environment is great and very helpful. For a period of time that i worked at this company, i got exposure to lot of technologies in Java/J2ee world which has given me a great career path. The training and all insights given by experienced senior developers are very helpful. Last but not least, the HR team is great and have never seen a problem in payroll processing.

      Cons

      With the then market situation and the projects, i had to travel much.

      Pros

      Amazing culture! Everyone in the company is very helpful and honest. Unlike other consultancies, Egen is wonderfully organized and you will get assigned single point of contact while training, marketing, relocating and filing H1B. Egen is a wonderful place to work. They have good marketing team and training personal. Whatever the management said while hiring, they really keep their words. Someone in the company will always be in touch with you while you are onsite so you dont feel isolated. I am lucky to be a part of Egen Solutions.

      Pros

      Very supportive Management with lots of personal care on the Employees. A process oriented company, where every action is defined after another. Great Technical strengths as there is a pool of 100+ Java developers working here and can get the support from them any give point of time. Timely payments is the another biggest thing..

      Cons

      nothing i could think of on the Cons. As its a great place to work here.
