      * Strongly Encourages and Supports Career and Personal Development * Willing to compensate fairly for hard work and production for the company * Encourages a strong work/life balance * This company cares about their internal and consultant employees' well being * Open to hearing and implementing ideas to grow and improve the company * One of the best companies I have worked with in my career

      * Not for someone who just wants to show up and work a job...you are responsible for the work that you do (not really a con for the entrepreneurial type)
