Pros
I'm not sure where to start. I've being talking to many companies for job opportunities and I came across about EGEN from one of my friend. After talking to one of the recruiter (Nikhil) I was surprise the way he explained me the whole process. He was very helpful to make the process look so simple and by following his guidelines I was able learn a lot. The training was really great I have learned at the extensive level which I did not even learn from my course. At every stage they have individual teams to make you land on project in no time. All I could say is the perfect company to trust and no last minute surprise. I'm really thankful to my friend for helping me connecting with EGEN.
Cons
Not anything I can think of. You keep getting calls and its very hard to keep a track. I would say its not cons because of the calls you get project in minimum time.
