      No Pros. Good for freshers untill they find a permanent job

      1)No moral. This is a staffing/desi consulting who once tried to cheat 100's of employees and now changed the name. It is still a consulting company which boost resume's and present it to companies. Oh, sorry!! Provide it to other staffing agencies who will turn in your resume to companies. 2) They can charge the company upto $100 per hour and you will end up getting $35 per hour. First of all, you will have to pose as a 7-10 years experience fellow, work hard to keep the project for your earning and you get paid only beans. 3) Present fake letters to USCIS to get H1b. This may seem like a path to get H1b but once you are cought, your career in USA is done.

      They beef up your resume with 10 years of Experience and Market you! Its a consulting firm with lot of hidden facts burned beneath.

      They have a ping pong table. Somehow they've managed to land a few interesting clients.

      Cons

      The company is ~90%+ Indian, lacks diversity, the only way they hire people is by dangling H1b visa sponsorship as a carrot. Employees are VERY underpaid for the work they do. Management are all 'yes' men to the owner(s) (married couple), frequently committing to unrealistic goals for various teams. They try to market themself as a cutting edge data analytics/API integration start-up culture but in reality they are just another dime a dozen H1b B2B consulting firm. There is no organizational structure, lack of documentation and everybody wears multiple hats because they are severely understaffed and will only spend the bare minimum to get things done.
