      Very supportive staff and great HR team Lot of fun activities, cultural events Leadership always open to people, always considers reviews Free lunch at office Great opportunity for self help and growth Good clients and challenging work Full flexibility of WFH and Hybrid

      Cons

      Late night calls because of US dependency Not that great salary compared to the work being done (subjective) no other benefits such as stocks, health etc
