      Pros

      Formerly springml now egen ai (merger of springml + egen ai). Flexible wfh. For freshers, it is a good place to learn provided they have good managers and seniors assigned. For seniors/experienced, consider this as an intermediary place - where u can get paid for ur work also learn something in the mean time and move on.

      Cons

      - not many projects - they say something and deliver something else in terms of hikes and salary - managers get all the work from you, but hardly provide any rewards or recognition
