This company has very less projects and they start laying off employees once the project is completed. And they will be saying false reasons to lay off. I have an experience of almost 1.5 years in this company and could someone believe if I say that all I did was working in a very small project(which lasted for 2 months)? But it happened. When we ask managers to assign us to a project, they will be saying that there are no active projects. All they say is to do some courses from course era which are of no use if you don't have hands on experience with it. The name of the company when I joined was Spring ML and it got merged with this company because it is in losses and has a very less number of projects. Later the current company's management started laying off employees so that they can recover from loss. All of a sudden they have conducted a useless coding test and laid off employees based on the result of that test. In the projects we only need minimum coding knowledge which every employee has and they took out this unreal reason to lay off employees. This is such a worst company. I suggest freshers not to join this company at all!
