Only thing is they can speak good on your face and they can convince you that they are there for you but if somehow things didn't go well they will be first to backout. When they hire they say all kind of good and exciting motivating words but as time passes by hardly anyone pick up the phone egerytime it goes in voicemail. If you say about it they say if you have problem you can leave. Since they got this new inhouse project they are on ninth cloud. If you ask for pay raise or anything then they start comparing with other consulting companies out there what they do and don't. They think because of bunch of ppl which they have and keep saying good things on their face they are in good shape and they only hear what they told them. Huge politics inside.
