      Pros

      Egen Solutions is a well organised company which gives atmost importance to the quality of training they impart to their interns. They also keep a fair track of progress of the employee. The trainings provided by this firm are amazing and are very detail-oriented. I loved working with Egen. You'll work on cutting edge real-time projects which gives you a great deal of hands-on experience.

      Pros

      helps students in need of holding off visa status by providing offer letter even if you don’t have a job

      Cons

      they have a consultancy part where all the students on f1 visa join to find full time jobs. Something like a staffing service. They train vigorously for a month and then start job search for you. Which would’ve been great if they wouldn’t add non-existing work experience (fake). Students are placed in random corners of the country and paid less plus they do work of 8+ years experience person.
