      Pros

      Good Learning : You have the flexibility to learn whatever you want. You can be front end developer and you want to learn backend and you will be given the opportunity to do just that. Also the technology stack that is worked on is also great. All latest technology and framework like Kafaka, Akka, Vue.js etc. Great People : The people are great to work with and the Management is also very understanding and very supportive. Lots of Extra Activities : Happy hours every Fridays, Table tennis tournament etc etc.

      None that i can think of.

      1. Challenging projects to work on. 2. As a fresher you get an opportunity to learn new things. 3. HR and management is very friendly and support you in all cases. 4. Management provides/create lot of opportunity to learn new things and showcase your acheivements, like tech talks, attending conferences etc. 5. Management will provide great support for your work and freedom to suggest new frameworks and integrate them accordingly. 6. You will get to work with lot of smart people. 7. Lot of fun activities too.

      Cons

      1. Sometimes you will feel the pressure, but that you will see in most companies, so all good.
