Helpful staff, good trainer, hire only candidates with basic Java or technical background (not like traditional consulting firms), systematic structure of giving paycheck, benefits etc.

Cons

Relocation package system may not be perfect in some states.

Amazing culture! Everyone in the company is very helpful and honest. Unlike other consultancies, Egen is wonderfully organized and you will get assigned single point of contact while training, marketing, relocating and filing H1B. Egen is a wonderful place to work. They have good marketing team and training personal. Whatever the management said while hiring, they really keep their words. Someone in the company will always be in touch with you while you are onsite so you dont feel isolated. I am lucky to be a part of Egen Solutions.
