Great development and support team, great customers and good original product

Cons

The CEO is uninformed regarding the technology and forces strategies through whether they are a good idea or not, the qualification is that it must be his idea. If you wish to be a yes man and do as the CEO orders then you will do just fine but forget any idea of an original thought.

Pros

The company has a great solution in a niche market. The ability to manage the entire sales process is insightful and rewarding, especially if you are starting new in the sales field and want to cut your chops.

Cons

Mis-management on a multitude of levels. Lack of strategic marketing (there is no directive on alignment with industry-verticals and too much UK branded themes pushed to the US market), product pricing model and approach is out of sync with testing marketplace, and high levels of micro-management. The company has had high turnover in their sales division - a 100% turnover rate within the last year, not good.

The office was decent, some nice people work there.

Cons

Micro management by people that have no experience and no desire to change. Narcissism and dysfunction at it's worst. This is a warning to not work here in sales unless you enjoy being abused for the benefit of others.
