      Pros

      Great product-market fit, the core product is VERY good. The opportunity to create significant impact is motivating. A lot of great leaders coming into the business in the last couple quarters. Healthy, profitable growth targets!

      Cons

      Not a con if you like the type of environment, but things are changing quickly and it's a real performance-culture so keeping up is a must!

      Great company, great culture

      Pros

      Great company to work at. The product is very detailed, addresses lots of use cases and very user friendly. Management is responsive and open with all the numbers and plans.

      Cons

      Growing company pains, getting little bureaucratic.
