      Negative Environment Low Quota Attainment No inbound leads Difficult to achieve quota without being in AEC or having a good install base. No innovation or investment in sales team.

      Toxic place to work at

      Pros

      - Location - Somewhat interesting product space - The company has done reasonably well financially

      Cons

      - CEO runs it like his personal fiefdom and is a slave-driver; lots of execs and senior management staff have come and gone over the years. - The 4 founders have this weird co-dependency relationship where they bitterly criticize each other in private, but have stuck it out with each other all these years - There's no real joy in this place - CEO is untrustworthy - the code-base is messy, lots of long-term issues, a pain in the rear to deal with for the most part - No real career opportunities

      Pros

      Good Offering, "Unlimited PTO," Great peers.

      Cons

      Poor leadership, next to no development, very very heavy with the "boys club" culture. While PTO may be unlimited, good luck ever actually getting it approved or taking a real vacation (expect to work whether on vacation or outside of technical business hours)
