Pros

Egntye is a very steadily growing company and practices great fiscal prudence. They care a lot about their employees and many senior positions in Engineering tend to come from within the company. When many other companies value a constant churn of employees, Egnyte values employee loyalty.

Cons

This is minor, but the more calculated approach to growth means this job isn't quite as flashy as some of the tech unicorns in terms of perks.

Pros

It's exactly what you'd expect out of a tech company, but in Spokane instead of Silicon Valley! Fun team, nice being on the cutting edge of important technology during the big GDPR push. Nice office space and lots of free food/drinks!

Cons

Felt a bit like it was a "let's all push so we can sell and make it big". The heart/care about the brand was lost on me.
