      Hidden gem in Silicon Valley!

      Pros

      We are big enough that I feel the momentum of our growth and can learn from many people but small enough that I feel like my contributions are valued and I can ask questions to anyone (even people on different teams) spontaneously. People on the team care about my professional growth and have good work-life balance. If people ever not feel intellectually challenged, they are encouraged (and actually do) change teams to switch things up and improve themselves professionally. There’s a reason why the average tenure on our engineering teams is much longer than the typical 2 years! The CEO knows me and other people’s names because he takes the time to talk to his employees one-on-one. I also like that he isn’t pressured to do what others may want him to do but isn’t necessarily the best for the company. Keep up the awesome work Vineet!

      Cons

      Having engineer teams in different parts of the world means that super early or late meetings are not uncommon. Diversity in the engineering team can be better.

      The fast-paced nature of the job can be demanding and requires quick adaptability. High expectations come with the territory, pushing you to constantly strive for excellence. Workload and stress can be a part of the job, especially during intense periods.

      Pros

      Great people, growing company, flexible schedule

      Cons

      No 401k match incentive. Moves quota after the month ends, so there's no way to know if you're on target or not. I understand that quotas change, but I believe the change should happen before the month begins - not at the end or even halfway through the next!
