      Good company with a good future

      Pros

      I've worked at several high tech companies, but this one seems to have the most solid financials and growth potential. Everyone is genuinely good to work with and gets along well. I've done a lot of zoom calls from home, but I enjoy going into the office a couple of times per week. People go out of their way to help out.

      Cons

      The company is in a tricky transition from "Start-up" to big company. It has 1000 employees now, but many processes and procedures are not well documented, and you still have to know "who to ask" to fins information. Decision processes are still by consensus.

      Pros

      Since joining Egnyte 2 years ago I have been very impressed with the overall culture and want to see others succeed , Coming from a larger Fortune 500 company where everyone was out for their own best interest it has been a welcome change. If finding a great working environment wasn't enough of a reason to enjoy working at Egnyte I will say the benefits are top notch as is the ability to have open conversations with upper level management.

      Cons

      As a growing company there is quite a bit of change that you need to be able to adjust quickly too.
