Awesome leadership, amazing company culture, fantastic benefits, great product.

Cons

Working Remote (as much as I love it) can feel a bit disconnected from the teams that are local to offices. That can be said for anywhere though. Still love it!

+ very good work conditions + great team of very ambitious and outstanding people + reasonable salary + possibility to develop in different areas + product based company, quality oriented

Cons

- only one minus: company is quite big already, and have lots of processes (approvals ect.) but it can be a plus at the same time - our working environment is structured and has an order
