Pros

if you're a hard worker then eventually you'll get recognized. Each office definitely has a local flavor. That's good/bad.

Cons

Firm needs a more cohesive client/employee experience. They don't have that now. IT development needs to step it up.

Pros

The culture here is great. The hours at this office are not too bad by public accounting standards, and everyone in the office is very friendly.

Cons

The office is small and tends to focus almost exclusively on Governments and NFP's which is not great if you want to get for profit experience. (this is starting to change though which is nice)

It can be difficult to advance in the admin role within a CPA firm, since the focus is often times on the accounting and consulting staff - but try to find challenging projects to work on that will allow you to develop your skill set further. There's career growth when there's skill growth.
